Policies
A catering contract will be provided by the catering manager.
Deposit and PaymentA deposit of $1000.00 is to be made at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total at the time of payment. Payment is due in full at the time of the event. CancellationsAn event must be cancelled two weeks prior to the date of the event. A refund of $750 will be given at that time. If client cancels between one week and two weeks, the client will receive a $500 refund. If an event is cancelled one week prior to the event, no refund will be given. AdjustmentsAny changes made for an event must be handled five(5) days before the scheduled event. This includes any menu changes or an increase or decrease in guest counts. CleaningCosmo's Restaurant is only responsible for the clean-up and breakdown of our equipment and food items. Clean-up and decorating provided at an additional cost per hour, per employee at $20.00 an hour.
