Spicy Tuna Roll- Tuna, cream cheese, scallions, & spicy aioli.
Philly Roll- Smoked salmon, cream cheese, & scallions.
Sashimi- Tuna. Served over sunomono or wakame.
California Roll Crab salad, avocado, carrot, cucumber, & tobiko.
Louisiana Roll- Crawfish & tasso salad, celery, & scallions.
Shrimp Roll- Fried shrimp, cream cheese, scallions, & cucumber.
Eel Roll- Eel, red pepper, cucumber, & eel sauce.
Salmon Skin Roll- Fried salmon, cream cheese, red pepper, cucumber, toasted sesame seeds, wakame, & eel sauce.
Octopus Roll- Octopus, red pepper, asparagus, & eel sauce.
Dragon Roll- Fried shrimp, red pepper, asparagus, avocado, & BBQ eel.
Spyder Roll Soft shell crab, red pepper, asparagus, & eel sauce.
Tips-n-Tails Roll- Beef tenderloin tips, fried shrimp, & scallions.
Volcano Roll- Tuna, cucumber, asparagus, spicy crab salad, & sirachi.
Rainbow Roll- Red snapper, tuna, salmon, red pepper, asparagus, cucumber, & carrot.
Duck Roll- Duck, cream cheese, pepper jelly, red pepper, & asparagus.
Scattered Sushi Bowl- Your choice of any two Nigiri. Served over a mound of rice with three baby octopus. Garnished with wakame, fried nori strips & wasabi leaf.
Fried Chicken Wing Roll- Chicken breast, hot sauce, celery, & bleu cheese crumbles.
Fried Green BLT Roll- Fried green tomatoes, bacon, lettuce, & Dijon mustard sauce.
Nigiri( 3 pieces per order)- Smoked salmon, Japanese snapper, octopus, baby octopus, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, eel, or shrimp.
